Job Purpose and Impact
The Employment Senior Supervisor will lead staffing and recruiting activities, including budgeting for employment and recruiting expenditures. In this role, you will develop and retain recruiters, designing and administering recruitment strategies and implementing plans and procedures. Key Accountabilities

Research efficient and cost effective open job placements and maintain familiarity with recruiting tools.Partner with management to develop job postings, recruitment strategies and competencies.
Prepare salary offer recommendations and negotiates starting salary with candidates.
Research candidates, run workforce demands and develop networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using tools such as social media, career fairs, agencies and recruiting contractors.
Screen candidates and conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees.
Lead applicant tracking systems and build reports and metrics analysis.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience

Master's degree
Human resources certificate
Two years of supervisory experience
Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results..
