About the position: We're in search of a driven Sales Associate who is eager to join our team and support our mission to grow our clientele.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities in the real estate sector, including face-to-face meetings at agency offices
- Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our safety check services and software to potential customers
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies
What we're looking for: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience
- Residential or commercial real estate industry background (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Access to a personal vehicle and laptop
- Proficiency in software demonstration and client presentations
- A self-starter attitude with a proven record of reaching sales targets
