Our client is a leading Investment Management Co. with offices based across the globe. They offer a range of property and investment management options to their longstanding, prestigious client base.
The Role
As the Personal Assistant to Directors, you play a crucial role in supporting the two Directors whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and coordinate directors' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organisation of Board and Executive meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the directors.
- Oversee general office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and support internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure seamless office functioning.
- Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably in a financial or investment environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve
- Prior experience in office management is a plus.
