We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Front-of-House Staff.
Your key roles and responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Guide customers in selecting their desired dishes, offering recommendations, and answering menu-related queries.
- Ensure accurate order-taking and timely communication with kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically, aiming for effective resolutions.
- Foster effective teamwork and collaboration with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, complying with all relevant health regulations.
- Stay updated on menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Ideal candidates:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality sector
- Friendly and welcoming personality, ensuring customers feel valued.
- Genuine passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive connections with customers.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining top-notch customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bonus points for experience in bubble tea making.
