Ezy Math Tutoring has facilitated private in-home tutoring between thousands of tutors and students across Australia for over 10 years.
We are looking to expand our Sales team with an enthusiastic and outgoing individual, in order to meet our rapidly growing lead volume.
This role is ideal for those who are looking for work that can be flexible around their schedule. Experience in similar roles is great to have but not required as you will be getting all necessary training on the job.

About You:
- Have strong communication skills.
- Must be goal oriented, ambitious and proactive in achieving goals.
- Be personable, friendly and an outgoing personality.
- Be available at least 3 days per week 9.30am-1pm Mon-Fri AEST.
About the Role:
- NO COLD CALLING - You are only calling prospective clients that have specifically enquired with us.
- Manage prospective clients through the Sales process.
- Following up and responding to emails that arrive in the Sales inbox.
- Managing and achieving set KPI goals.

The Pay:
There is a base hourly rate + commission for each new client you bring into the company. If you are performing to minimum standards, the average hourly rate would range from around $28-$38 an hour. Likely somewhere in between but that depends on your performance.
