Job Description

You will:

  • Scheduling work for, Drainers, Apprentices and Labourers and ensuring integrity of Work Management System
  • Co-ordinating communications and resolution of day to day queries and issues with Customers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing files on calendar pre-empting following weeks (i.e. if we have apprentices at trade school)
  • Ordering of materials to site
  • Following up jobs with Beston Supervisors for clarification
  • Confirming jobs ready with building supervisors for the next day (ie, bored piers poured, etc)
  • Manage queries from on site Supervisors
  • Communicate updates & prioritising with Supervisors
  • Monitoring outstanding Extra to Schedule (ETS's) and chasing clients for Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Thinking practical and cost effective for jobs on site and how to schedule around to benefit labour time
  • Provide information for on site teams before jobs goes out
  • Investigating Request for Credit
  • Process updates & invoicing
  • Processing QA's
  • Notify building supervisors if jobs are rolling out or completed.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Accounting, Business Management or similar
  • Effective communications and time management skills
  • Experience in scheduling would be ideal.
  • Have advanced computer skills.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer, who has a passion to deliver to learn and deliver outstanding customer service every day. You will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail, especially with entry data and sensitive client information. This is a fast-paced role, where you'll be working with clients over the phone, email, and web chat. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours on-site in the Melbourne office.
