Three Blue Duck's, is opening a brand new venue located in Bellingen on the NSW mid north coast. We are looking for a switched on, driven, hardworking team to work front of house for breaky, lunch and dinner and support the functions, weddings and events in our venue. We want somebody who is excited about the Ducks and can bring their skills and experience to our group whilst learning from some of the best.

Three Blue Ducks in Bellingen is located on a 16 acre property with onsite boutique accommodation with views of the hinterland.

We are seeking a reliable, fast-paced dishwasher/kitchen hand to join our growing kitchen team.

About the Role

• Washing utensils, cutlery and flatware and ensuring recycling, green waste and landfill rubbish are taken care off according to our processes
• Assist with food preparation for events, daily services and our produce store
• Support the team in the receiving deliveries and ensuring they are handled and stored appropriately
• Focus on keeping food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, appliances and working areas clean
