You’ll provide care to your participants living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
With no two days ever the same, you’ll spend your time on the road completing your scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes completing activities that include:
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
What you’ll need:
- Working with Vulnerable Peoples Card
- Relevant qualifications (Individual support, community services, child care, aged care)
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle as required
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- First Aid Certificate
