Operations Coordinator


 

Allied Security seek an experienced Security Operations Coordinator.

Based from our office in Altona the role is focused on leading the mobile patrol team and the manpower team across a variety of clients.

The successful candidate will have held prior roles in mobile patrols and or manned guarding at a senior or supervisor level.

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

  • Be highly IT literate and experienced on all Microsoft products

  • Experience in Business Development and Sales would be a bonus

The Role requires the successful applicant to:

  • Have some prior experience in mobile patrols and manned guarding
  • Full and clear driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Current Victorian Security Licence
  • Manage rosters of staff and ensure all sites are manned and supported
  • Display ability to prioritise and organise work independently and autonomously
  • Display ability to remain agile and adapt to the changing needs of internal and external customers
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display great time management and self-motivation
  • Be prepared to take ownership of issues and see them through to an outcome that is positive for all parties
  • Be a team player with the drive to help the business achieve our goals.
  • Liaise with all site management and ensure regularly and timely reporting is maintained
  • Ensure digital and GPS reporting is maintained
  • Maintain uniform and presentation standards
  • Set the example and lead the team in professional service delivery
  • Understanding of rostering and staff management systems

This role will suit a person wishing to expand their skill set and add a management position to their CV.

To us the ideal candidate would be a senior mobile patrol officer, site supervisor, current operations manager, or senior officer looking for a more office-based management role.

The role is based in our Melbourne Office

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift Monday to Friday

Additional and extra weekend work is optional and paid additionally to the full time Monday to Friday role.
