THE ROLE
G4S is looking for a Security Concierge to work in our global client's corporate office in Melbourne CBD. This is a full-time ongoing role with a great salary, work-life balance, and a great corporate office environment to work in.

In this role you will:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to visitors and staff, including meeting and greeting clients, visitors and employees
  • Create and validate access passes
  • Regularly monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety of everyone on site, liaise with the onsite Security Operations Centre, and prepare and submit incident reports when needed
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies
  • Maintain site access control by operating various security systems
  • Produce and maintain a Local Security Procedures document, and assist in the risk categorisation of the office to identify security requirements and counter measures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Valid Victorian Security License
  • Current First Aid & CPR qualifications (or willing to obtain this)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A high level of IT literacy with the ability to pick up new systems
  • Corporate security experience
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a 30-minute online interview via Google Meet.
If successful after the interview, the G4S Talent Acquisition team will email you a series of items to complete and return, including your ID, relevant qualifications, a police check, and references.
You will also need to complete and pass a pre-employment medical assessment which includes drug and alcohol screening.
Upon passing, you'll receive an employment contract plus a final set of Onboarding Forms to complete.
